What families ask before renting
Short answers on rates, deposits, delivery and choosing a bed.
Our apartment is high up and the lift is small. What now?
Send the lift and unit door measurements or photos on WhatsApp. Our team plans how to bring the bed up before delivery day. Include the patient's weight and the model you have in mind so our figure is accurate.
The children work all day and mum is home alone. Which model?
The Elektrik Auto at RM580 a month lets her adjust position by remote, with built-in side rails and emergency lowering. Also follow the advice of the doctor, nurse or physiotherapist treating the patient.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, credit or debit card, FPX, or the TNG, Boost and GrabPay e-wallets. The monthly rental already covers the bed, a Hopkins mattress and in-room installation.
What does a hospital bed cost to rent each month?
The Standard (Manual) bed is RM225 a month, Flexi II (Manual) RM325 a month and Electric Auto RM580 a month. These rates include the Hopkins mattress, delivery and installation.
How short can a rental be?
You can rent for as little as 1 month.
Will I pay a deposit?
For a first-time rental there is a refundable deposit of RM200 to RM500. We give the exact amount on WhatsApp, and the deposit is refunded once the bed is returned in good condition. Returning customers don't pay a deposit.
Is delivery free?
Delivery and installation are free in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For other states the delivery charge is RM100 to RM500, quoted on WhatsApp before you book.
Manual or electric — which is right?
A manual bed is adjusted with a crank by the carer. An electric bed is adjusted with a remote and has more positions. For the patient's medical needs, follow the advice of their doctor or nurse; we help match a model to that advice.
What comes in the package?
You get the bed and a Hopkins mattress, delivered and set up. An air ripple mattress upgrade and add-ons such as a wheelchair are charged separately.
What if the bed breaks during the rental?
Damage from normal use is repaired or replaced at no charge. Damage from misuse or accidents may be charged and is assessed case by case.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, credit or debit card, FPX and e-wallets such as TNG, Boost and GrabPay.
Can I buy instead, or convert a rental to a purchase?
You can buy outright: Standard RM1,250, Flexi II RM1,800 and Electric Auto RM3,200, one-time. To convert a rental to a purchase, ask us on WhatsApp.
