The patient is upstairs in a double-storey house. Can you deliver?
Yes. Send photos of the staircase and the width of the bedroom door on WhatsApp. Our team carries the bed up and installs it in the patient's room on delivery.
How much does delivery to Kuala Krai cost?
It ranges from RM100 to RM500, depending on your kampung and the bed model you pick. We give you the figure on WhatsApp before your booking goes ahead.
What if the flood season comes during the rental?
Message us on WhatsApp early. Normal wear and tear is repaired free; damage from accidents is assessed case by case. Put the patient's safety first and follow the authorities' instructions.
What does a hospital bed cost to rent each month?
The Standard (Manual) bed is RM225 a month, Flexi II (Manual) RM325 a month and Electric Auto RM580 a month. These rates include the Hopkins mattress, delivery and installation.
How short can a rental be?
You can rent for as little as 1 month.
Will I pay a deposit?
For a first-time rental there is a refundable deposit of RM200 to RM500. We give the exact amount on WhatsApp, and the deposit is refunded once the bed is returned in good condition. Returning customers don't pay a deposit.
Is delivery free?
Delivery and installation are free in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For other states the delivery charge is RM100 to RM500, quoted on WhatsApp before you book.
Manual or electric — which is right?
A manual bed is adjusted with a crank by the carer. An electric bed is adjusted with a remote and has more positions. For the patient's medical needs, follow the advice of their doctor or nurse; we help match a model to that advice.
What comes in the package?
You get the bed and a Hopkins mattress, delivered and set up. An air ripple mattress upgrade and add-ons such as a wheelchair are charged separately.
What if the bed breaks during the rental?
Damage from normal use is repaired or replaced at no charge. Damage from misuse or accidents may be charged and is assessed case by case.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, credit or debit card, FPX and e-wallets such as TNG, Boost and GrabPay.
Can I buy instead, or convert a rental to a purchase?
You can buy outright: Standard RM1,250, Flexi II RM1,800 and Electric Auto RM3,200, one-time. To convert a rental to a purchase, ask us on WhatsApp.
